Sakers were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Paris Bass (207-1995, college: Detroit) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 32 points and 14 rebounds and the former international guard Hoon Heo (181-1995) who added 18 points and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side the former international forward Hongseok Yang (199-1997) responded with 18 points and 6 rebounds and Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

KCC Egis - Wonju DB 80-63

Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Egis made 9 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Guna Ra (203-1989, college: Missouri) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 17 rebounds and 6 blocks. The former international forward Kyochang Song (200-1996) contributed with 14 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Egis players scored in double figures. American power forward Dedric Lawson (206-1997, college: Kansas) replied with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import guard Ethan Alvano (185-1996, college: CSUSM) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Wonju DB. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
